Contract Variations

In the midst of rapid change, it is often easy to forget to keep employee contracts up to date.  Company restructuring; change of employee work patterns (promotion, transfer, secondment; maternity/parental leave, sabbatical; location, duties, hours, shifts) or individual aspects such as the requirement for a training agreement, you may need to ensure that employees are issued with a modified contract of employment.  This may simply require a one page contract variation advising of key changes to their contract of employment.  This will protect you from any potential future misunderstanding.
